Our Engineers are fully trained, regularly attending courses to improve their product knowledge and keep up to date with changes in technology. Eagle has also invested heavily in Health and Safety with proper policy statements and risk assessment procedures in place.

Types of Contract
The standard contract is our basic preventative maintenance programme and guarantees a 48hr working day response time. We are able to offer variations to this including our gold contract that covers all parts and labour.
Other Services
Our technical team offer advice and engineering support over the phone. Sites with a contract are able to buy spares such as new transmitters directly via our credit card facilities at the office.
