Eagle Automation would like to announce 24hr cover for those with an existing maintenance contract. This service is at no extra cost unless an Engineer actually attends site. If you have an emergency breakdown out of office hours then simply email to the 24hr emergency email address. A request for this email address must be sent to info@eagleautogate.co.uk stating who has the authority from your company to contact the engineer on call. The contract must be paid for this to apply
How does it work?
The emails are forwarded to Blackberry's. Someone will be able to offer advice or call you back when convenient. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone we will raise a job and despatch an engineer as soon as possible.
An Electric Gate system properly installed and serviced will provide years of trouble free security and privacy. Eagle has built an experienced team able to provide a maintenance contract tailored to suit individual requirements.
TYPES OF CONTRACT
Automated Gates can operate from very low usage up to multiple operations every hour. Like a car regular servicing enhances the reliability and increases the life of the system. For example regular preventative maintenance means the oil levels are checked in the operators. In the unlikely event of a seal being damaged this could be identified before it became a major problem. Another important feature of the maintenance contract is that you are guaranteed a response time even if your Gates have been damaged by circumstances out of our control
Standard: Offering a set amount of visits per year, equipment health check, a record of all work carried out: and guaranteed response time.
Gold: As Standard but including cover on all Eagle approved equipment.
24hr: As Gold but offering 24hr telephone number and rapid response.
